Betty Lee Higginson

Betty Lee Higginson, 83, a resident of Alva, FL for more than seventy years, formerly of Tilden, KY, passed away Sunday, December 14, 2025 in Labelle, FL. She was born October 6, 1942 to Leroy and Rebecca Higginson, now deceased.

Betty was of the Christian faith, having attended services at the Gulf Coast Church of Christ in Fort Myers, FL.

After illness struck at a young age, Betty was unable to care for herself. With loving care provided by her family, Betty lived a long and peaceful life. She will be missed.

Preceded in death by her father, Leroy Higginson and mother, Rebecca Higginson, both of Alva, FL, two sisters, Linda Connerly of Fort Myers, FL and Marjorie Dyess of Alva, FL and brother Leroy Higginson Jr. of Alva, FL; she is survived by many loving nieces, nephews and cousins.
