Frank William Surgeon IV

Frank William Surgeon IV, 65, of Cape Coral, Florida passed away Tuesday, April 28, 2026, in Cape Coral. He was born May 9, 1960, in Baltimore, Maryland.

Frank lived his life valuing time spent with those he loved most. He enjoyed being surrounded by family and friends and was happiest when sharing meaningful conversations, laughter, and simple moments together. Frank was known for his warm presence and the genuine care he showed to the people in his life. His relationships and the memories created with loved ones were among his greatest treasures.

Frank was an accomplished woodworker and took great pride in the exquisite reproduction pieces that he so lovingly created and was thrilled to share with friends and family.

He is survived by his father, Frank Surgeon III; one sister, Cindy Surgeon; one brother, Timothy Surgeon (Ronda), nephew Timothy Surgeon, II and niece Kaitlyn Durst as well as long-time companion, Bernadette Teblum.

Frank was preceded in death by his mother, Carol Surgeon.
