James Thomas Ponzio

James "Jimmy" Thomas Ponzio, 63, of Cape Coral, Florida passed away Wednesday, February 11, 2026, in Cape Coral. He was born February 12, 1962, in Philadelphia, PA.

Jimmy attended St. Monica Catholic Grade School, where he served as an altar boy; his faith was always important to him. After attending Bishop Neumann High School, he moved to Florida, where he spent the past 42 years. Jimmy like the simple things in life; he loved going fishing and loved animals and his pets. He had a very friendly nature about him - he liked everyone.

He is survived by his mother, Phyllis, and his brother, Joseph Ponzio Jr.
Jimmy was preceded in death by his father, Joseph Ponzio Sr, and his younger brother, Mark.
