Jonathan Richard Peters

Jonathan Richard Peters, 43, of Cape Coral, Florida passed away Thursday, October 15, 2026, in Cape Coral. He was born March 26, 1983, in Beaver, Pennsylvania.

Jonathan often struggled with life but found joy in caring for his dogs, in particular his Boston Terrier pup, Finnegan.

Jonathan loved baseball and played little league ball. He graduated from Belz's Private High School and completed the commercial electricians program as well as the air conditioning program at Fort Myers Technical College.

He is survived by his mother, Pamela; brother, Robert E Peters III (Crystal); as well as three nephews and one niece.

Jonathan was preceded in death by his father, Robert E Peters Jr., his grandparents, Mary V Peters and Robert Peters from Cape Coral, and his aunt Judy Watson from Pennsylvania.

A graveside internment service will be held at Fort Myers Memorial Gardens in Fort Myers, Florida at a later date.

Memorial Contributions in memory of Jonathan Richard Peters are suggested to either the Humane Society or to Hope United Methodist Church in Cape Coral.
