Martha Dorothy Walker

Martha Dorothy Walker, 84, a resident of Fort Myers, Fl, passed away Sunday July 26, 2026, in Fort Myers, Fl. She was born on November 6, 1941, in Passaic, NJ to parents John Skawinski and Helen Verbosky Skawinski, now deceased. 

Martha was of the Catholic faith, who cherished her family above all else. In 2024, she moved from Wantage, New Jersey, to Fort Myers, Florida, where she continued to enjoy life surrounded by the love and support of her family. She took great pride in caring for her own home, always creating a warm and welcoming place for family and friends. Martha will be remembered for her strength, kindness, and the deep love she shared with those fortunate enough to know her.…… 

Martha loved to scrapbook, whether it was vacations, family events, grandchildren, weddings, holiday’s, etc. she had everything she needed to complete many scrapbooks of each. Martha’s favorite vacations were Cruise’s with her husband and family. 

She was preceded in death by her grandson, Nicholas (2005) and her son-in-law, Vincent (2025). 

She is survived by her husband, Richard Walker; Her two children, Jane Cautero of Fort Myers, Fl; Mark Walker (Debbie) of Hamburg, NJ; Her sister, Susan Torrance of Hamburg, NJ; Her three grandchildren, Matthew, Shelby, Breanna; As well as her five great-grandchildren, Madison, Darian, Jasmine, Kane, Zoey. 

A celebration of life to be held at a later date, in New Jersey.
