Miriam Bermudez Gonzalez

Miriam (Centeno) Bermudez Gonzalez, 73, of Fort Myers, Florida passed away Monday, November 2, 2026, in Hialeah, Florida. She was born December 15, 1952, in Utuado, Puerto Rico.

Miriam was a woman of strong faith who devoted her life to her family and the simple joys that brought her happiness. She was known for her caring nature, her love of cooking delicious meals for those she loved, and the pride she took in keeping a clean and welcoming home. Miriam treasured every moment spent with her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren, who were the center of her world. She enjoyed long conversations on the phone with family and friends, sharing stories and laughter, A cup of coffee and the company of loved ones were among life's greatest pleasures for her.

Miriam will be remembered for her warmth, kindness, unwavering love for her family, and the countless memories she created with those fortunate enough to know her.

She is survived by five children, Jose "Joe" Centeno (Nancy), Yolanda Centeno, Benny Centeno (Charlene), Jose "Luis"Centeno, Christina Centeno; two sisters, Ester Bermudez, Milta Bermudez; two brothers, Carlos Bermudez, Hernan Bermudez, fourteen grandchildren; as well as nineteen great-grandchildren.

A Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 15 beginning at 2:00 PM until 4:00 PM. Service will begin promptly at 4:00 PM at Mullins & Curtis Affordable Funerals and Cremations, 3654 Palm Beach Blvd, Fort Myers, FL 33916.
