Richard “Rick” Raymond Carmel of North Fort Myers, FL, passed away on Thursday, January 22, 2026, in Naples. He was born on March 18, 1958, in West Newton, MA.

Rick was of the Catholic faith and lived a life filled with creativity, curiosity, and a deep appreciation for the simple joys that made him who he was. His love of music remained a defining part of his identity throughout his life.

Known affectionately as “Little Man,” Rick embraced many talents. He was a skilled machinist, respected for his precision, craftsmanship, and dedication to his work. Outside of his professional life, he cherished time spent fishing and remained an avid hockey enthusiast. Rick especially loved ice skating while playing hockey—something that brought him great joy during his youth and beyond.
