Ronald Brian Pitt, 85, of Fort Myers, Florida, passed away on Monday, August 24, 2026, in Fort Myers, Florida. Born on June 20, 1941, in Washington, D.C.

Ron built a great career as a realtor, earning numerous awards for his exceptional dedication and performance. He was known for putting his clients first, guiding them with patience, and genuine care. Many of them became lifelong friends, drawn in by his kindness and commitment.

Beyond his professional success, Ron was a man full of life. He had a deep love for music and dancing, often lighting up a room with his energy, laughter, and unmistakable joy. The water was his favorite place to be-whether fishing, cruising on a boat, or eating blue crabs on the waterfront. It brought him great happiness hosting and sharing those moments with family and friends.

Above all, Ron cherished his family. He will be lovingly remembered by his devoted spouse, Julie Anderson; his children, Terri (Pitt) Howard and Steven Pitt; his stepchild, Eric Anderson; and his four beloved grandchildren, Nicholas, Sydney, Tyler, and Eden.

Ron was preceded in death by his parents, William and Elizabeth Pitt, and his brother, William (Bill) Thomas Pitt. His legacy lives on in the love he gave, the friendships he built, and the joy he brought to every place he touched.
