Terry Lee Nelson, II, 46, a resident of Ft Myers since 2012, formerly of Zanesville, OH, passed away July 28, 2020 in Cape Coral, FL. He was born December 23, 1973 in Zanesville, OH.
He is survived by his loving mother Susan Conaway (Frank) of Zanesville, OH; living father Terry Nelson of Zanesville, OH; four children, Dylan Nelson, Cody Nelson, D.J. Nelson, and Devin Nelson, all of Zanesville, OH; two sisters, Angela Miller (Steve) of Conesville, OH and Kristy Wood (Scott) of Nashport, OH; as well as his former companion, Jody Campbell of Zanesville, OH.
