William Edmund Roth

William Edmund Roth, 43, of Cape Coral, Florida passed away Tuesday, July 28, 2026, in Cape Coral. He was born August 1, 1982, in Queens, New York.

William was of the Catholic faith. He was a remarkably intelligent man with a curious mind and a lifelong love of reading. He enjoyed the challenge and strategy of chess and treasured spending time camping in upstate New York, where he found peace in nature and made many cherished memories. William loved being with the boys and valued the time spent with family and friends above all else.

A true homebody at heart, William found happiness in life's simple pleasures and in the comfort of those he loved. He was known for his goofy sense of humor, quick wit, and ability to make others laugh. His kindness, loyalty, and unique personality left a lasting impression on everyone who knew him. He will be remembered for his bright mind, loving heart, and the joy he brought to those around him.

He is survived by his mother, Patricia Roth; two brothers, Patrick Roth and Timothy Roth; one sister, Jennifer Roth Howe and his brother-in-law Bob Howe; as well as two nephews, Robert Howe and Carter Roth.

William was preceded in death by his father Timothy Roth.
